HIRING REQUEST PORTAL

STEP #2:

Our Recruiting Manager will review your online hiring request and post an ad for your requested position within our hiring platform, CareerPlug.  CareerPlug will automatically post across all relevant job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and more.  We will sponsor your ad with a budget based on the urgency level you selected in your request. Once your ad goes live, we will attach a link to your ad to the dashboard in Step #3 below for your review, and change the status to "Job Posted".  Samples of some of our frequently-posted ads are available below:

STEP #4:

 INTERVIEWS & OFFERS

1.  Once candidates have been pre-screened and phone-interviewed by our recruiting department, those candidates that prove to be suitable for moving along to virtual panel interviews will be sent an email invite with their scheduled day, time, and zoom link.

2.  The supervisor/department head that requested the position, along with any others on the panel, will be contacted to ascertain good interview times, and sent a detailed INTERVIEW TRACKER from the specific recruiter assigned to their position.

3.  After the interviews have concluded, the lead interviewer that requested the position will update the existing interview tracker with notes on candidates, including the following:

4.  For candidates selected to be hired, the lead interviewer will include on the tracker additional information regarding the candidate, including:  compensation - department - region - supervisor

5.  The lead interviewer will then forward the updated interview tracker to the Recruiting Manager to begin the offer/onboarding process.

6.  Our Recruiting Manager will contact candidates chosen to be hired via personal phone calls to make a verbal offer of employment.  If the candidate accepts verbally, the manager will ascertain a day and 3-hour window of time convenient for the new-hire to have the pre-employment drug screen conducted, confirm anticipated start date, plus shirt/hat sizes for field techs.
Finally...they will let the new-hire know to be on the look out for a Docusign email from On-Site, containing their formal written offer letter and other relevant onboarding information.
